Day 24: Electrical, Wrapping It Up
Here is the complete electrical system! All wired up and new! The red button is the kill switch and the schematics below is the page from the manual showing the complete system. Note that this model does not have lights. It all checks out with the ohm meter and it's ready to go!
Well I am a fixer. Always have been, always will be and after changing the engine in my 1996 Jeep, everyone keeps telling me I should have a blog about my next project. Well here it is! A labor of love, the Montesa Cota 123! When I was in high school some buddies of mine and I had a sort of motorcycle shop where we did all things motorcyclish. From stripping down to the frame and painting to you name it. This was Karl's motorcycles from then and there. I am going to make it ride again! I was told before the original problem it ran, though I don't think I have ever seen it do so. This is not the first time I have gotten a motorcycle in a bucket, 1984 KLR 600 for one, and I rode that for years when I was done. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I am;)
